MindfulnessMindfulness is actively paying attention to the present moment in an open, accepting, non-judgmental way. Research has found consistent practice in mindfulness to be beneficial for many physical and psychological difficulties. These include: depression, anxiety, addictions, OCD, chronic pain, and personality disorders. Mindfulness can help you to regulate moods, change habitual behavior, and tolerate distress. If helpful to you, it can be a large or small part of our work together. Call me for a free consultation or to learn more.
